My 34SE has just been relaunched, somewhat late, for this season after a major paint job on topsides, cockpit, hatch garage, and coachroof - all areas that were not moulded anti-slip. Used Blakes 2 pack, sprayed professionally by local boatyard in Pwllheli (North Wales). In order to do job properly I removed mainsheet track (itself replaced 4 years ago) which uses self tapped machine screws - needed hammer driver to remove them - and also removed all other fittings. Had the winch barrels re-chromed (£80 the lot) by a firm in Salford (Manchester) and windows re-sealed by Eagle in Skipton (an excellent job).
Morse apparently no longer make an engine control to fit the recess, so I removed the recess panel and had the side wall hole filled flush before the respray. The new Morse control does stick out a bit but is not intrusive. It is corroding on the chromed handle already after 4 weeks in the open!!
SE is for Special Edition, which also included a fitted Engel fridge adjacent to the steps and a D1L Eberspacher heater (I replaced it last year with a more powerful D3LC and also ran a 50mm duct to the front cabin) in addition to the other items already mentioned by other respondents to your email.
Also fitted a new CJR 2 blade folding prop (17"x13), which has transformed sailing speeds in light winds - not much difference to motoring speeds and similar kick to port in reverse as before with fixed 2 blade.
Hope this helps and is not too late to be useful.
