Sadler 34 Headsail sizes

Can anyone give me the recommended sizes for the headsails on a 34. i.e. Luff leach Foot and area for no 1, no 2, and no 3, genoa.
My calculations so far give me about 243 sq ft for 100% genoa is this correct.
