The bolts for the Main sheet track are tapped into an aluminium plate which is glassed in.
Morse do still make a control head which will fit into the original moulding (still corrodes.
Decks I think you will find should be pigmented gel coat as laid up originally. If you are going to paint then treat as GRP and prime accordingly.
I think you will find that SE stands for Special Edition and it came with extra gear on such as log, sounder, pressure water, etc.
