The main sheet bolts are tapped directly into an aluminium plate which is glassed in. You may find a bit of trouble getting the old ones out if it has become corroded. I drilled off the tops of any that would not shift, then when the track was removed I could work on any problem ones.
Morse still make a similar model that will fit the old moulding (but it still corrodes).
SE I think meant Special Edition which means you had a few goodies like echo sounder and log and sails.
Still think it's a great boat and most things come apart to work on fairly easily,
