This is a real pain, have done this to mine on different occasions and it is not easy. There is no wiring duct as such but mine did come with a lot of extra wires between the nav station and the hatch garage which is o.k. if they can be used for your requirements. With the echo sounder cable I ran a new wire up the back of the back cabin bulkhead and across the top of the door head and then into the hatch garage by lowering the headlining a bit at this point so I could fiddle the wire through. My rear cabin door is not standard and and I have a proper head to the door frame in which to hide the wire.
It is also possible to feed a wire up from the engine room and main electrics board but this makes a very long run for the transducer cable.
Best of luck,
Chris
