S34 Morse control/Deck paint/mainsheet track and SE model

I've a few jobs planned for the near future can anybody help with?
Morse control - this has badly corroded and needs replacing. Are they still made? Would a different model fit into the recess?
Decks - my decks (in common with many sadlers I believe) are painted a light grey. I need to touch up a few areas or I may even paint the lot- what is the name/source of the paint?
mainsheet track - i'm looking to replace this. How are the bolts attached underneath - to nuts or are they just screwed in?
Finally, and just to satisfy my curiosity ,my 34 is an SE model. What are the differences betwen the SE and the other models?
