Sadler 32 head

I have just removed the toilet (an RM69) from my 32 and have discovered that the bolts are fastened in to nuts glassed into the plinth, however 2 of the nuts have come adrift.
It seems a very weak arrangement, but there is no obvious alternative as there is no way to get under the plinth. My replacement toilet is also an RM69 (bought for ease of fitting!) and has exactly the same bolt positions as the old one - any ideas?
