This is one of the problems I have not had! However, I once had something very similar on a previous boat. The only answer is to look at everything that could be the source, remembering that water could move around from tack to tack.
Are you certain that the leak is from the headlining and not from the lower shroud chainplates? In this case water comes from the small plastic plugs that cover the nuts, partially beneath the GRP moulding.
I have had leaks through the babystay but these just fall from the nut underneath, as the two skins join there. Cable glands leak through the drillings in the heads, along the cables. Leaks at the centre hatch flanges don't go between the skins. I suspect that leaks from the mast step might well run into the strengthening ring in the inner moulding, from which they could not reach the saloon headlining. Otherwise, I guess the only other sources might be the organisers, handrails and mast foot blocks, unless you have something else fitted. Re-bed the easier ones first until you find it. Good luck!
