No claims experience thank goodness, but have just switched from St. Margarets (020-8778-6161) who were always pleasant and efficient, to Bishop Skinner, the RYA recommended insurer (0800-783-8057) who were a lot cheaper this year, and took my money efficiently enough! I got my S29 covered for £130 which doesn't seem excessive, and as they are RYA-recommended they'd have a lot to lose if they messed about on claims.
