When I joined the Association a few years ago the recommended insurance brokers were D.B.Insurance.
They were later taken over by Hill House Hammond using
Lombard Insurance which was in turn bought out by the French company Groupama Transport S.A.
I am at present involved in a claim and although I have no quarrel with their acceptance of liability I find it extremely difficult to make telephone contact with Hill House Hammond (advertised on the back cover of the latest magazine). On most occasions the phone rings for a long time and then cuts off without any explanation.
Do any other members have a similar problem dialling 01364 408572? (They are not on the internet)
Can anyone recommend another company offering competitive rates but with a more efficient service?
