Recently changing jib in F6 made me think of
roller reefing. I don't mind changing sails
but the foredeck was pretty slippy.
On my previous boat there was a anchor well I could
just fit in and jam myself whilst I dropped the jib.
The 25 does not have one and it can be like
a bucking broncho ride up there. My only
reservations about the roller reefing is... are they ok in F6 ,F7.......when well reefed.
PS I was hooked on by the way...but still, going over the side hooked on could be a real problem.
